As a Certified Health & Lifestyle Coach, Certified Diabetes Educator, and Certified Plant-Based Nutritionist, I combine clinical expertise with holistic, sustainable approaches to nutrition and lifestyle — whether for adults or children.
I believe that nutrition and lifestyle habits established early in life are among the most powerful tools for preventing chronic diseases and supporting optimal growth, development, and well-being.
